In a recent Hour of Code session, we took inspiration from the iconic Barbie with the theme "Barbie Can Be Anything." What made this session extra special? It was exclusively for girls!
🌟 Dream Big, Code Bigger
Each participant came in with their dreams:
A future robotics engineer.
A passionate baker.
An aspiring doctor.
A dedicated veterinarian.
Together, we coded and brought these dreams to life. Using coding tools, we programmed Barbie to take on these professions. Barbie became a vet saving animals, a robotics engineer designing machines, and so much more!
Coding isn't just about writing lines of code—it’s about turning imagination into reality. For these girls, it became a medium to express their aspirations and understand that there are no limits to what they can achieve.
Breaking Stereotypes
Coding has often been seen as a male-dominated field, but sessions like these prove otherwise. Girls can code, dream, and create just as brilliantly as anyone else. Through this workshop, we showed that tech is for everyone, and dreams are genderless .A Community of Dreamers
Our Coding Adventure Club is more than a coding class; it’s a space where kids can explore their creativity, share ideas, and grow together. Every Sunday, we take a step closer to building a community of future-ready innovators.
